Westminster is the area of London that most tourists visit. The imposing architecture and historic landmarks found here have made this area of London one of the most visited places in the world. It has the largest concentration of attractions in the city and some of the most important monuments in Britain.
So despite the big crowds and busy streets, if it’s your first time in London then it’s definitely worth giving yourself at least half a day here, as you can’t leave the capital without seeing the Palace of Westminster, Big Ben and Buckingham Palace.
